I'm not. There's just something about Obama that scares me. Race has nothing to do with it folks.

1 Obama wants to re-distribute the wealth--that in itself is scary

2 If he is so CHANGE oriented, why is he bringing back the Clinton staffers? Some change Rolling Eyes

3 The rest of the world likes him--that makes me want to run run run, who cares what Iran thinks?

4 Socialized medicine--see medicare or the VA system to see what a cluster this is going to be

5 He has never managed anything, running a country should not be your first management job.

6 The way he burned through campaign money can you imagine what he is going to to with the countries money?

No one will ever convince me that there was not lots of Mid East Oil Money coming in. No one has ever raked in that kind of money, ever. The Republicans always raised more because of their relationship to Big Business. It sure was not the "People's" money coming in.

I will state my thoughts are not racist at all. I would have voted for Colin Powell in a heartbeat, over almost anyone else that ran, or could have run.

I'm happy with the general election results, but not too thrilled with local results. Ted Stevens is convicted on seven counts of lying on his financial disclosures, yet he is still leading in Alaska's senate vote (though there are about 60,000 votes to still be counted).

I'm not convinced McCain had a clue about economic policy, nor was I a fan of his international policy. Obama seems much more open to negotiations/meetings with countries around the world, including Iran; Obama is much more pragmatic in this aspect. It was nice to see the United States finally make a good choice.
